We were a small family farm hoping to raise our own meat, but have since fallen in love with the animals. We now offer sanctuary to those animals who would have filled our freezer along with others that we have rescued or adopted. We have a vet apt next week for one of our mini pigs, Connie. She has a mass on her tummy and will get sedated so they can do a full exam and ultrasound. We aren't sure if it's a tumor, just a mass, or maybe a hernia. We really need help with the funds! The apt is Thursday the 11th. Can you help us raise $500 by then? The appointment might be more than that but it will help. We will update on findings and next steps. Please share!

Update: the male has found a home in Snohomish. Is there anyone able to transport from Bremerton? I believe funds will be given to the transporter!

3 pigs need a home in Bremerton WA. Owner passed away and these pigs need placement asap!!
1 altered male, 3-4 years old. Not bonded and can be homed separately.
2 altered females. Bonded and must go together. Transportation is available, within reason.
If you or someone you know is looking to adopt some pigs that desperately need a family to call their own, please contact me and I will get you in contact with the right person

😭 Today we lost Slicers. He was Odin's "mini" me. He wasn't showing any signs of illness and ate his breakfast this morning. He must have passed sometime shortly after. We are having a lot of weather changes right now so pneumonia is always a possibility but we just aren't sure. Sev buried him near his brother Titan. We are so heartbroken. He was such a gentle giant and loved everyone. Until we meet again, Root in Peace sweet boy.

Update: Littles is home. The abscess was surface and he didn't have any major dental issues. His bill was $750 so please consider a donation if you're able

Our sweet, old man Littles is at the vet for a dental. He rapidly lost weight and developed an abscess on his cheek. We did antibiotics and upped his food but want to make sure there isn't any dental or other issues going on as well. Any help with his bill would be greatly appreciated! Please share! Thank you.

Update: he has an infection (as suspected) and his liver enzymes are off. He was sent home with a few meds. His bill was $900! With Sev not working right now, that took out a huge chunk of our budget. Please consider donating if you can!

We have a sick bunny. Dewey is on his way to the emergency vet with a fever and runny nose. The exotic vet, especially for emergencies, is crazy expensive. Please donate if you can and share. Also, send him good vibes! I'm not sure what his sister, Gale, would do without him. Thank you

Courtesy post: someone is looking for a home for two young cattle. Heifer and young steer (brother and sister) the male is super sweet. Snohomish county. We could help with getting them into a trailer but are unable to transport and do not have a trailer for them. Contact us if interested and I can get more details. Again, not our animals just trying to find a good home. Would need pasture and pets only!!

Flying Sk Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue. We are a small farm that started with the intention of humanly raising our own meat but have since realized we would much rather live a cruelty free lifestyle and let our animals live out their lives instead. Our love for animals has grown beyond just caring for the 40+ members of our farmily and into wanting to rescue every animal we can!! We house 30+ pigs, both mini and full size hogs, cows, horses, alpaca, chickens, bunnies, cats, and dogs. Our goal is to rescue animals and help educate people. Our focus is on helping people understand the horrors of factory farming, the dairy industry, animal by-products, animal testing, and the micro pig myth!!
