📢 Official Business Announcement – Ruffhouse Kennels

Ruffhouse Kennels would like to address and clarify information that has recently been circulating online.

Approximately a year and a half ago, we purchased a puppy from Bashard. Upon pickup, it was determined that the puppy was not a good fit for our program. We immediately communicated our concerns, and Bashard agreed to take the puppy back. The puppy was safely returned to Florida without issue.

At that time, instead of issuing a refund, Bashard provided us with a credit for future use, which we accepted.

To be clear, there is no animosity, no ongoing issues, and no dispute between Ruffhouse Kennels and Bashard. This matter was handled directly and professionally between both parties. We continue to do business with one another to this day.

Ruffhouse Kennels stands firmly on integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all business dealings. We believe in addressing matters directly and not through speculation or online gossip.

🚨 Public Notice – Business Warning 🚨

We want to make the community aware of a recent situation to help others avoid a similar experience.

Lawrence Britten (Simba MB) COATES FAMILY BULLZ …entered into a signed contract with us for the purchase of a puppy, placing only a deposit and failing to complete agreed payments. After multiple missed payments and lack of communication, this was considered a breach of contract.

When we arranged to retrieve the puppy, we discovered the dog was in poor physical condition, including being underweight and having visible injuries. Upon veterinary evaluation, it was confirmed the dog had suffered a previously untreated jaw fracture due to blunt trauma, which had already begun healing improperly.

This situation has resulted in emotional distress and additional veterinary care for us, and more importantly, unnecessary suffering for the animal.

⚠️ We strongly advise others to use caution when entering into any agreements with this individual.
⚠️ Always use written contracts and protect your animals and business.

We stand on integrity, and situations like this will not be tolerated or ignored.

We will be handling this matter through the appropriate legal channels moving forward

Z2 is up and back on the market…No fault of her own, unfortunately when people can’t properly care or pay for a Ruffhouse production they are to be returned.
Luckily this person honored the contract and did just that.
Z is still getting weight back but still an labsolutely beautiful girl.
Truly see her looking a lot like her auntie GRCH Coco Chanel Frazier.
