Hi y’all! Fluff has a bittersweet announcement to share with our Montana family. Due to a slow fall season and rising housing costs in Missoula, we are relocating our business to Spokane, WA in 3 weeks. This was a really difficult decision, but we believe it will be in the best interest of Fluff and our family.

We are going to miss you and your furry family members deeply and would love to see as many of them as possible over these next three weeks.

Come November, if you’d like to travel to Spokane to see us, feel free to book like normal. We’ll hook you up with a hometown discount! If you want to keep supporting us but can’t travel to Spokane, please spread the word to your Spokane-dwelling friends! They’ll get a discount if they mention you sent them.

It’s hard to put into words how much gratitude we have for each and every one of our Missoula clients and supporters. When Mac opened Fluff in January 2024, they had no way to conceptualize the beautiful and exciting things that lay ahead. Through building Fluff, they developed not only their grooming skills, but a large and loving family and community. We would not trade the countless wagging tails, trimmed nails, or doggy smiles for anything. Thank you Missoula for all you have given us. We won’t forget you!

Nemo is one of our oldest and most beloved clients! He has the biggest heart and the fluffiest fluff. It's always a good Sunday when we get to spend it with such sweet pups ❤️🌈🌞

It's time to officially welcome Floren to the team! They have been training since May and I'm so impressed by all that they've learned in this short amount of time. Floren is literally sunshine bottled up in a human body so of course the clients all love them! I'm so lucky to have their positive and loving energy on the Fluff Bus.

This Sunday from 4-7pm I will be having a grand opening and bus reveal party at The Center (500 N Higgins Ave Unit 105 Missoula, MT). Kids are highly encouraged! There will be games, crafts, snacks, and a raffle you won't want to miss! I'll be raffling off 1 year of FREE grooming services, as well as a second prize of 50% off a year of grooming services. This is probably my favorite haircut transformation so far! Gus the Scottish Terrier was such a sweetie pie, and I can't believe how handsome he looks with his face all trimmed up ❤️🐾

This Week's Clients (and what I think they'd rate me as a groomer)

~Sunny the Schnoodle (8/10)~
Queen Sunny was feeling extra regal after her fresh cut, but she did complain that I touched per paws too much....

~Lily the Schnauzer (5/10)~
Lily is not a fan of the grooming process and told me she loses a little love for me every time I bring my clippers near her. She did enjoy practicing her Big Dog impression on Charlie the horse though!

~Millie the Aussie (7/10)~
Millie is a puppy and has no idea what a groomer is. She was not a fan of the bath or blow dryer, but forgot about their existence almost immediately after they were done. She told me she would return but expects more treats and less disrespect in the future.

I give them all a 10/10 obviously!!!!
