Starting Wednesday July 7th, we are excited to allow clients to accompany their pets for appointments. We ask that you call when you arrive to check in and a technician will call you to get a brief history on your pet. When we are ready for your appointment, we will bring you and your pet in for their appointment.

The CDC guidelines recommend wearing a mask if you are not fully vaccinated to protect yourself and our employees who cannot be vaccinated.

We will continue to offer curbside appointments, please let us know if that is your preference when you check in. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were pleasantly surprised how well patients did with curbside appointments and are happy to continue this service if it works for you.

📞 Are you having trouble reaching us?
We have become aware that clients with land lines through Spectrum are unable to reach our main number. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We are working to get this issue resolved, but in the meantime please try this line if you are unable to get through: 920-654-1776. 👍

We are back online and our phones are working!!!!!!!!

01/15/2021

Our phones and internet are down again! We have expanded our phone system and switched carriers but are having growing pains 🤷🏻‍♀️ A technician should be at the clinic in the am but until the issue is resolved we have no phone or internet capability. Please knock when you arrive (don’t pound on the door and scare the bejeebers out of anyone) and then we will give you contact information and carry on. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope the issue will be resolved quickly! Hopefully the change will make our ability to handle increased call volume more efficiently!

COVID UPDATE: To keep our staff, clients, and the community safe from uneccessary exposure to the virus, we will continue curbside practice as we have since early March last year. The building will not likely be open for another 6 months. We remind clients that is considerate to put on a mask when our employees come to your vehicle to speak with you, otherwise we will not have any face to face discussion. We have employees who are at greater risk and who have family members who are at greater risk. If one of our small team or their family gets sick, we will have to close for a time and you will not be able to access care at our facility. We also want you to know that we are experiencing high volume of patients needing care and your wait time may be longer than expected. Bring something to entertain yourself in your car, or make arrangements to drop off your pet if it is very sick. Keep in mind that there may be patients critically ill that are causing your delay and be glad your pet is not one of them. Please do not swear at the receptionist or attempt to barge in the building with no mask because you have waited. If you have questions about wait time, call and we will give you an update. We are doing our best to serve our clients, patients, and community. If you want to have our services we ask that you show courtesy and respect or go elsewhere.

PRIOR POST: Due to the small size of our exam rooms and waiting area, it is not possible to socially distance inside the building. We will continue to have drop-off and curbside appointments as we have been. The building is still closed to all but employees. If you need to purchase something from the lobby (treats, joint supplement, flea spray), please inform one of our employees and we will be happy to get it for you. We appreciate your patience and business as we do our best to keep your pets, ourselves, and you healthy.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we try to fit in all of our patients!♥️

Veterinary friends: this video we’ve created for you to share with your clients is a love letter from us to you. We’ve watched in awe and gratitude for the past 6 months as you all have given everything you’ve got - and then some - to care for your community’s pets in the face of a pandemic.

We hope this video will help you share your story with your clients, so they can better understand and appreciate the unprecedented challenges you’ve faced and how they may have affected their recent experiences with your practice. Most importantly, it reinforces that while some of your approaches may have changed, your commitment to your patients hasn’t wavered.

Thank you for everything you do, every single day.
- Your friends at VINx 😊

Congratulations Cats Anonymous!

😽Let's hear some purrs and mews for this week's #CatLadyBoxCares rescue selected to receive a $300 donation! Concatulations to Cats Anonymous Inc of Green Bay, Wisconsin!

🐈Cats Anonymous is focused on both improving the lives of feral cats and reducing the overall population through Trap Neuter and Return (TNR) efforts. They rely on volunteers, or caretakers, in coordination with property owners to work where the feral cats live. Caretakers provide food, shelter, and watch for any signs of illness or injury that might need to be addressed. They have over 1,400 assigned caretakers! Ameowzing! Participating veterinarians and volunteers meet and perform spays and neuters on the feral or farm cats that have been previously registered with Cats Anonymous.

If you want to learn more about Cats Anonymous' efforts or live in the Green Bay area and want to get involved with them, check out their page or website for more information: http://www.catsanonymous.org/
