Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction with minimal supervision
• Operate as a digital quality spokesperson, promote the sales effort by helping customers optimize solutions
• Contribute with original, creative thinking related to solving customer issues, creating relevant features.
• Lead detailed discovery and scoping calls
• Work closely with sales to review requirements and develop value-focused proposals
• Work with sales to create and submit proposals
• Work with the project delivery team to effectively communicate sold solutions
• Serve as primary point of contact for client technical needs.
• Drive complex client solutions and act as SME
Qualifications:
• Experience working and communicating directly with Managers, Directors, VP and C-Level
• Ability to review customer’s products to build knowledge and determine quality needs (5+ years)
• Professional services/delivery experience required (5+ years)
• Must have 5+ years working with Enterprise Engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• B.S. in Computer Science / Information (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
• Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Consultative approach to managing complex partner relationships
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing partner deliverables as well as internal obligations
• Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo
• Always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
• Strong analytical skills
• General Knowledge of API / Web services
