♥️ We are so excited to say that our boy Windy has been matched with an amazing person named Jo, and we are hoping you can all help make this possible with fundraising for his placement!
Windy has always been such a special boy to me, and when I first spoke with Jo, I immediately thought of Windy, and that feeling of "this is his person," only got more clear with every conversation we had.
Jo lost her amazing Service Dog, Sully, at just 6 years old after a battle with kidney cancer, and her and Sully's story just touched me beyond words. He cared for her and helped her for four years, and she gave him the best care when he needed her. They were truly an amazing team, and Jo is exactly the kind of person we want to help with our service dogs.
Windy has been matched with her to follow in Sully's footsteps, and we are so happy to be a part of Jo's journey.
Windy was born, raised, and trained here with us, and now he is gearing up for his placement and will be working on more public access training and learning specific tasks that will help Jo live her life to the fullest with him by her side. Once his training is finished, Windy will join Jo in Boston as her full time Service Dog and best friend!

If you have something you'd like to donate as a perk, Jo is also looking for addtional items to add that will help with donations as well.
