❄️ As the weather turners colder, keep your pet’s safety in mind.

Please remember, this is just a guide! There are many factors such as wind, your dog’s size, coat type, age and health.

🐾 additional tips:
-wind chill makes it feel colder; always consider what the temperature is
-wet fur loses insulation; keep your dog as dry as possible of it’s snowing, raining or sleeting.
-puppies, seniors or dogs with health issues should spend less time outside.
-paws can get FROSTBITE or irritated by salt; use booties or any paw protection if needed.

⚠️Signs it’s too cold (regardless of temperature)
- shivering or lifting paws off the ground
- whining or scratching at the door
- slowing down, curling up, or looking anxious
