The National Horse Show is reminding eligible competitors that applications remain open for the 2026 NHS Grant Program ahead of the 143rd National Horse Show.

🚨Applications must be submitted by September 25, 2026🚨

For the first time in the program’s history, the NHS will award 24 grants to qualified competitors demonstrating financial need. The expanded number of grants has been made possible through the continued growth and success of the NHS Endowment and reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to helping more riders experience the National Horse Show.

National Horse Show Association of America (NHSA) Membership Renewal Reminder ⏰

As the conclusion of the 2026 qualifying and membership year approaches on August 31, the National Horse Show wishes to remind all riders and trainers of the membership requirements necessary to participate in any National Horse Show class.

Active membership in the National Horse Show Association of America (NHSA) is required for all competitors and trainers with students in the:

NHS ASPCA Maclay National Championship
NHS 3’3″ Equitation Championship Sponsored by the Hamel Foundation
NHS Adult Equitation Championships Sponsored by THIS

Competitors must complete their membership application prior to competing in any of the above-mentioned classes.
