Thank you for your interest in one of our Holland Lops! I take pride in raising happy, healthy, and socialized rabbits, and I want both you and your new bunny to have the best experience possible.

1. Rabbit Welfare Comes First
The health, safety, and well-being of my rabbits is always the top priority. I reserve the right to decline an adoption at any time if I feel it’s not the best fit for the rabbit.
2. Indoor Homes Only
All of my rabbits are raised with love and care, and are intended to be kept as indoor pets. Please plan to provide a safe, comfortable indoor setup where your bunny can thrive.
3. Closed Rabbitry Policy
For the safety and well-being of my animals, I do not offer tours or allow visitors into the rabbitry.
4. Once They Leave My Care
After a rabbit leaves Phae’s Haven Rabbitry, I can no longer guarantee their health or behavior. It’s important to provide a quiet, safe transition into their new home, including slow introductions to other pets and people. I am not responsible for any veterinary costs once the rabbit has left my care.
5. Spaying & Neutering
Unless otherwise stated, my rabbits are not spayed or neutered. I recommend speaking with your rabbit-savvy vet to decide the best timing and plan for your pet.
6. Pick-Up & Meeting Policy
I do not offer transport services, but I’m happy to meet within reason. All arrangements must be made ahead of time, and pick-up must be scheduled when the rabbit is ready to leave.
7. Adoption Fee & Purpose
I charge an adoption fee to help ensure rabbits are going to responsible, committed homes—not as an impulse purchase or for use as reptile food. This fee supports the care of the rabbits and helps us continue to provide quality homes for them.
8. Gender Disclosure
I do my best to accurately determine gender, but it’s not always guaranteed with young rabbits. If a gender mistake occurs, I’ll do what I can to help resolve the situation.
9. Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a specific rabbit. This amount goes toward the total price and the balance is due at pick-up. Rabbits are not considered reserved until a deposit is received.
All deposits are non-refundable. Please be certain before committing, as this helps ensure rabbits are going to serious and prepared homes.
I currently accept cash or Venmo only.
10. Weaning & Age Requirement
Rabbits will not leave Phae’s Haven Rabbitry until they are fully weaned and at least 8 weeks old. Some may need additional time depending on their development. I will always hold a rabbit until I feel they’re fully ready for their new home.
11. Boarding Fees
If I hold a rabbit for more than one week past their ready date, a $30 per week boarding fee will apply. This fee must be paid before the rabbit leaves my care.
12. Rehoming Policy & First Right of Refusal
If for any reason you are no longer able to keep your rabbit, I ask that you contact me first. I retain first right of refusal and will either take the rabbit back or help you find a suitable new home. My goal is to make sure every bunny stays safe and loved for life.
13. Lifetime Support
Rabbits are social, intelligent animals and can live 8–10+ years. I’m always here to offer support, resources, and bonding advice if you need help along the way. You’re never on your own.
14. Socialization & Care
My rabbits are handled daily and raised around family life to set them up for success as sweet, well-adjusted companions. Continued socialization and one-on-one time in their new home is key to keeping that going.
15. Health & Temperament Disclaimer
I carefully pair breedings for health and temperament above all else. While I cannot guarantee show potential or future breeding results, I put a lot of thought and care into each rabbit that leaves my rabbitry.
16. Age Requirement
I do not sell rabbits directly to anyone under 18. A responsible adult must be involved in the adoption process.
