This adorable little dirt squirrel ( now named Lux) was found soaked in the middle of a street after its burrow was most likely flooded due to all the rain recently! Since groundhogs are never left unsupervised without parents being close by it was decided it would be best for alix to come into care. After getting dry and warm Lux is still hesitant to trust but doesn't mind a good snuggle at least

It officially baby groundhog season here at SSS! These 3 beautiful little souls are now with Linda, our pro groundhog rehabber. Since you can't really s*x baby groundhogs ( only when they reach breeding age can you tell the s*x ) , these sweet little kids all have great unis*x names. Welcome Aspen, River and Sage

Look at the cutest little thing to come in last night, still with a long road ahead them, this little one is hanging in there and will soon be transferred to Linda our resident hog expert😉 and thank you again to Chasity for helping get this kid here to us at almost midnight !

Meet the newest members of the crew — Olive & Juice

These two little grey squirrels are settling into care at Secret Squirrel Squad Wildlife Rehabilitation and doing amazing! They’re warm, safe, growing stronger every day, and eating like absolute champs… because apparently tiny grey squirrels have the appetite of teenage boys.

Every feeding, every formula mix, every heating pad, every late-night wake up — it all adds up. Wildlife rehabilitation takes an incredible amount of time, supplies, and heart.

Donations make it possible for little guys like Olive & Juice to have a second chance. Without the support of this amazing community, we simply couldn’t continue saving orphaned and injured wildlife babies like them.

We’re currently working hard to get all of our ducks in a row for our official 501(c)(3), PayPal, and Venmo donation accounts. Until everything is finalized, our fearless founder is personally using the following accounts to help cover supplies, formula, medical needs, bedding, and care for these babies.
