Take me out to the ball game! It is officially World Series time in Wisconsin, and the energy across the state is electric! ⚾️🧀
The hometown Milwaukee Brewers are hosting the Tampa Bay Rays at American Family Field for Game 1 of the Fall Classic tonight at 7:00 PM CT. As a proud Wisconsin organization, we are throwing our full support behind the crew as they play in the World Series !
If you are looking for a championship-level addition to your home team roster this postseason, look no further than our incredibly talented "bullpen" of adoptable animals:

🧢 The Elite Outfielders: High-energy zoomer superstars who are ready to track down every wand toy, laser pointer, and imaginary fly ball in your living room.
🌭 The Stadium Fanatics: Food-motivated snuggle bugs who are guaranteed to coach you through every single game from the comfort of your lap (especially if Churu treats are involved!).
🏡 The Scouting Report: Win or lose on the field, bringing home a new best friend is an automatic victory for your family.

"Please sir, may I have some more?" 🗣️🐟 Look at this sweet boy singing for his treats!
Have you been thinking about getting a cat? It's time to fall in love with Elvis! 🕺👑 This incredibly sweet, cuddly lap lover is officially looking for his forever home. 🏡✨
If you are looking for a gentle companion with so much love to give, meet your new best friend:
🗣️ The Chatter: Elvis has the sweetest meow and loves to chat with you whenever it's time for his favorite treats!
💖 The Cuddles: He is a total lap lover who adores head scratches and pets. He is a shy and cautious boy at first, but he tries his absolute best to be affectionate and is very easy to handle.
🦿 The Amputee: Elvis is a proud three-legged king due to a past injury, but it doesn't stop him for a single second from being his incredibly loving, resilient self.
🏡 The Match: While he tolerates other cats in the household, he would likely thrive best as the solo king of his castle where he can get all your attention.
🩺 Health Note: Elvis is already fixed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Ooof, we've been busy! Time for an update :) Thanks to all your generous donations, we've been able to start working on this TNR project - YAY 🥳

First Step = Trap Training! We've placed traps, transfer cages, and carriers in their normal feeding spot. The doors are all open and the traps are zip-tied open so that they cannot close. From now on, food is only given in these items. If the cats want nummies, then they have to go in!

The cats will learn that nothing bad happens when they go in and they also get to fill their beliies - it's a win- win! We'll do this for a week or so until we know the cats are comfortable eating in the traps.

The property owners have been so helpful. We are guiding them through the process but they are doing most of the work themselves. Soon they'll be pros at cat catching!

"Can I come inside too? I’ll be the bestest pet, I promise…”

9 Lives needs your SHARES and DONATIONS to assist with an urgent spay/neuter of 11 adults and 14(!) little kittens. We are committed to helping this colony IF we can raise the necessary funds.

These kittens deserve a chance. If we catch them soon, they will have an opportunity to be socialized in a loving foster home and could potentially be adopted! There’s no need for them to struggle with an outdoor life through freezing Wisconsin winters. Instead, they could become pampered indoors like the fluffy princes and princesses that they are.

Your donations will ensure these 14 babies get a chance at living the good life. Please donate to our Fundraiser here: https://www.facebook.com/donate/1145165994510153/1435395432117528/

Donations can also be made via our website - https://9livesrescue.org/donate/
