Dennison Family Farm's {DFF} Sales Agreement:

Dff's Animals are sold or adopted on a first come first serve basis. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of asking price may be placed before the animal is co
nsidered on HOLD, which means if you back out or do not pick up said animal by the agreed date, it will be back up for sale and no refund will be given. We only take deposits on animals that are not ready to leave mom yet and are over 6 weeks old. We do not take deposits on any animals under 6 weeks old. DFF will never release animals before they are 8 weeks of age. Animals over 8 weeks old must be paid in full to be held. We hold a free waitlist/reservation list for those who would like to wait for one of our babies to be born or become available. All holds are for 7 full days and will be charged $8.00 per day boarding for late pick up or if more time is needed. No bunny is charged bordering before they are 9 weeks of age. If animals are not picked up on stated date buyer will need to pay boarding fee before new date is made for pick up. No Show, No Contact within 24 hours of said pick up date forfeits animal and deposit. We have a zero tolerance for no communications, it only takes 2 seconds to send a text. All animals are priced with proper attribute and offers for a lesser price will be ignored and declined. If you can not afford the price the animal is listed for it leads us to believe you also can not afford proper care for said animal. DFF has the right to refuse any sale at any time if we feel it is best for the animal. If DFF refuses sale for any reason buyer will be refunded all payments made. If you have purchased a show/brood animal from DFF , we would appreciate the first right of refusal if you decide to part with the animal. Sometime we loose animals that we would love the opportunity to have a relative of the one we lost to put back in our program. DFF does not knowingly sell any sick or unhealthy. All animals will be healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave us. DFF is not responsible for the health of the animal after it leaves DFF.
