All diapers have a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship or snap defects. Please note that soakers may have fraying which does not affect their use. Returns for diapers that do not fit will be given store credit (less shipping) as long as the item is returned within 35 days of date shipped to you. The item may be washed/used during this time, it does not need to be new in packaging to be returned. It

must also be in good condition, no damage such as rash creams or your dog ate it, or you bleached a load of diapers on accident..... *LOL*

Please email me at [email protected] if you have any problems that need repaired or exchanged. Shipping back to me may be refunded to you depending on the severity of the issue. I will also cover shipping back to you in most situations. Generally problems can be repaired, however if I feel it can't be repaired to new condition I will remake another or ask you to select another fabric if the first one is unavailable.
