Scheduling Update!! Long, but please read!!
Hey guys, a few things going on with this post. First off, we met with the doctor and Emerson checked out good, a touch high on her heart rate so she is definitely getting ready - with that being said, this will be our final week at the shop 💕 We have spent the weekend rearranging 2 weeks worth of your pups into this week to try our very best to get everyone their Christmas appointments. After meeting with the doctor this morning, she has confirmed this would be the best decision we could make, short of closing down immediately.
I will be reaching out to each person individually regarding your new appointment day and time. Unfortunately we were not able to get everybody scheduled, and please know this was the absolute hardest decision to make and one of the biggest challenges for me to tackle. I physically cannot stand to groom anymore - with that being said, I will be having 3-4 helpers there every single day this week. Matthew will be doing majority of the haircuts, I will be right next to him supervising, tweaking, and doing everyone’s face and danger areas so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your pups, or your Christmas card pictures 😂💕💕
For those of you that we cannot get in, we have a phenomenal person ready to take you in place of me to still get your pups done - and we can’t thank her enough 💕
With that being said, the appointments are in place for what we have to work with, if your new spot doesn’t work we will have to refer you to her - as there is absolutely no flexibility in the schedule. Please be as understanding as you can be, as patient as you can be with appointment times, and we will do our very best to finish this week out. Again, we will be taking it 1 day at a time.
For the clients affected that we cannot get in, we are still willing to do nail trimming on your pups to help push them through 💕 walk in services will still be provided as time allows.
Lastly, most of you have had the pleasure of meeting my old man Frank, mister grumbles and chair hopper - we did unexpectedly lose him late last night as well, so we are also dealing with that on top of everything else 💔💔
