This will be the new face of Dogwood Grooming and Boarding LLC. The person who rented the shop from January - Nov 1st of this year has a very similar name so Dogwood Grooming and Boarding will now be Pampered Pawz! The shop will be ran by a very experienced groomer/manager Bonnie, which a lot of you know as she has been a groomer/kennel tech there at Dogwood for the better part of 7 years! Pampered Pawz will offer boarding and grooming services. The location is still the same as it has been for many years! They will be boasting the areas ONLY indoor climate controlled boarding suites with very large spacious runs! No crates or small cages ever! The large outdoor exercise yard will be used for playtime for all the boarders separately as always. Baths, haircuts, de-sheds, and all grooming services will be offered as always! Dogwood is opening back up soon as the New “Pampered Pawz” grooming and boarding! So follow this page and if you need services, you can message them there at any time!

I might be a familiar face to some of you, I worked at Dogwood for Jean 4+ amazing years, she was an amazing teacher and I absorbed everything I could from her: Grooming, Customer service, and quite a bit about life too!
I also returned to Dogwood to assist during the owner transition from Jean to Alycia for another year before I returned again to be a stay-at-home mom.

My sister, Linda Norris, and I have dreamed for years of owning our own grooming business, so when we were offered a shot, we jumped at the opportunity to open ✨'Pampered Pawz'!✨

We are very excited to work with all our future clients and look forward to hearing from you!

I’m making a post to inform our clients of the current situation. Kacey leased the business from me (Alycia) starting January of this year. She has ran the business under her credentials and I have just leased her all my equipment and building. Due to non payment for almost 3 months of rent, she was told to evacuate the building. I hate having to address personal business on Facebook, but there are apparently several made up stories going around. Kacey has been able to save enough over the past few months (not having to pay rent) that she is planning on opening her own shop. We support everyone in their future endeavors whole heartedly. Dogwood will resume shortly after some needed cleaning and renovations by Bonnie (which some of you know) Please understand I am trying to make the best of a difficult situation and getting a trusted manager to run the shop ❤️ Bonnie has been a groomer and kennel tech at Dogwood even longer than I’ve owned it. So who better to have! Any appointments that were booked with Kacey, will need to be addressed to her as she has not left any information of any future appointments. Anyone who has questions or needs to make an appointment for grooming or boarding can call me (479)234-9310 as Kacey is no longer under a lease agreement nor is she affiliated with Dogwood. Due to unfortunate circumstances, Dogwood will be closed for a short time. It will reopen soon under new management! We know the holidays are approaching and it’s a busy time for the shop. Stay tuned we will resume soon! Thanks for everyone’s patience and understanding!
