A litter of nine puppies was found on Highway 14, near the Covington side. They were discovered in a field close to the road. Given the lack of nearby residences, it appears that they were dumped. A Good Samaritan intervened, rescuing them. They will be arriving at the shelter on Monday. Anyone recognize them? No momma was located
