Congratulations to these two!
Lola the Doberman and her wonderful owner nailed their level 3 obedience test last week! They overcame multiple obstacles and still passed with honors scoring an amazing 96/100. That certificate that she’s holding may not mean much to anyone else; after all it’s just a fancy piece of paper. She’s now officially a member of a very exclusive group of people though. In the past 10 years or so that I’ve been training dogs for other people, I’ve handed out maybe a dozen of those fancy pieces of paper. Believe me when I say every person that has gotten one has earned it! I don’t do participation trophies and halfway completing something something doesn’t sit well with me. I may not be the trainer that’ll sell you rainbows and good feelings while your dog continues to struggle but I am the trainer that will push you and your dog to actually be better by doing better. These two put the work in, didn’t make excuses and knocked it out of the park!

Not sure who’s the bigger idiot. The dog for falling back in the hole (at least he tried to jump over) or the people for not putting a leash on the dog and allowing it to fall into the hole again!
