If everyone has a few minutes. Please check this rescue out and join the fight to get justice for Cinnamon. A sweet pitty tha was euthanized while on a rescue hold. This insanity has to stop. Please donate if you can. The shelter is being sued for the Justice of sweet Cinnamon.

The lack of donations to help us fight the Haven Pet Center has been incredibly disappointing.

For nearly three years, we have stood up for dogs like Cinnamon, Georgia, Cora, Gangsta, Sadie, Kona, and so many others who deserved better. We have spent well over $100,000 pursuing accountability because we believe what happened to these animals should never happen again.

Every dollar spent on this lawsuit is money that could have been used to rescue more dogs, provide medical care, and save lives. Yet we continue because without accountability, nothing changes.

If we walk away, what message does that send? That shelters and animal welfare organizations can ignore the law, deny animals medical care, alter records, and face no consequences? That the lives of these dogs simply don’t matter?

Justice isn’t free. The Haven Pet Center knows that. They have continued to drag this case out, hoping the financial burden will force us to quit. They want to bankrupt us into silence.

We refuse to quit on Cinnamon.

We refuse to quit on Georgia.

We refuse to quit on Cora.

But we cannot do this alone.

If you believe these dogs deserved better, please consider making a donation. Without support, it becomes increasingly difficult to continue this fight. And without justice, these same failures will continue to impact countless other animals.

URGENT: Butterball needs a foster or adopter by the 25th 💔

Butterball is an 8-year-old pocket-sized sweetheart who was found in heartbreaking condition after what appears to have been a life of repeated breeding and neglect. She was suffering from a ruptured mass and urgently needed medical care, but despite it all, she has remained incredibly gentle, loving, and trusting.

Since settling in with Butterball has shown everyone just how special she is. She loves attention, happily melts into pets, and looks at people with so much softness and gratitude. She’s also done well with dogs, kids, and cats, and even met 4 HIT dogs at our event last weekend.

If a foster or adopter is not found, Butterball will need to go to the shelter on the 25th. After everything she has already been through, we truly do not want to see that happen.

Butterball deserves the chance to keep healing in a home, not a shelter kennel.

Good News: Kobi, a blind senior dog who was overlooked in the shelter for two months, is ADOPTED!!!
