We are aware of the recent videos and news circulating of a groomer at another Memphis shop mistreating a dog. As pet parents ourselves, we were just as heartbroken and upset to see it.
NO DOG DESERVES THAT EVER!

We want to be very clear: we do not condone or tolerate that kind of behavior in any way. Every animal who walks through our doors deserves kindness, patience, and respect.

At The Little Shop of Howls, transparency is key. We believe trust is the foundation of our relationship with both pets and their people. If you ever have questions about how your pet is handled, or want to know more about our process, we welcome open conversations. Your fur babies are family to us, and their safety and comfort are always our top priority.

Floofy Luffy wants to remind everyone TLSOH relies on efficient scheduling, and missed appointments without notice disrupt this. After two instances, we will require a deposit for future bookings to secure your spot. You will need to contact us directly to schedule appointments, as you will no longer have access to the Square booking system. Please ensure timely cancellations with 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so, or arrivals outside the 20-minute grace period, will be treated as no-call no-shows, as per TLSOH's policy.
