Hi everyone! Figured it was finally time to introduce myself — I’m Frankie (Kylar or Myles for close friends), the face behind Tico & Oliver’s Dog Baths 🐾

I’m the one behind the baths, blow dries, de-sheds, nail trims, and all the one-on-one care your pups get with me. 💛

I started Tico & Oliver’s Dog Baths because I’ve always loved dogs and genuinely enjoy helping them feel clean, comfortable, and cared for. There’s something really rewarding about seeing a dog go from messy and shedding everywhere to fresh, clean, and feeling good again.

I do my best to make every appointment as low-stress and comfortable as possible, especially for dogs that may need a little extra patience.

This sweet girl is Echo 🐾 one of my regulars and one of the pups that reminds me exactly why I love doing this.

Full bath, blow dry, and deshed for this handsome boy today and he cleaned up so nicely. His coat came out soft, sleek, and much less full of loose undercoat.

He was such a good boy for his bath today. 💛

Echo’s deshed transformation from Friday 🐾✨

Echo is a beautiful female German Shepherd who I went to for a full deshedding bath — and she definitely had a lot of undercoat ready to come out!

For her session, I started with a pre-bath brush out using an EquiGroomer to help loosen up as much of the undercoat as possible before the bath.

After that, she got a full bath with shampoo and conditioner, followed by a thorough rinse. Then came the blow dry, which helps push out even more of that loose coat.

Once she was fully dry, I finished with another brush out to make sure all that loose fur was removed so it’s not sitting in the coat and causing irritation.

You can really see the difference from start to finish — and Echo did amazing through the whole process 🐶💛

Deshedding like this can make a huge difference for double-coated breeds like German Shepherds, especially here in Florida.

If you’ve got a heavy shedder at home, you know the struggle 😅

Exciting day for Tico & Oliver’s Dog Baths! 🛁🐾

I’ve been given the amazing opportunity to groom Jasmine, a service dog from The Service Flower, before she attends Global Pet Expo in a few weeks! She’ll be getting a bath, brush-out, and paw fur tidy to help her feel her best.

Working with service dogs is always special — it’s a reminder that every dog deserves gentle, professional care. I’m grateful for the trust and excited to continue building my skills with this experience!

One of the best parts about working with dogs is getting to meet so many wonderful pups in our community. Every dog has their own personality — some love bath time, some are a little unsure at first, and others think the towel dry is the best part of the whole experience. 🐶🛁

Regular baths help keep coats clean, remove loose fur and dirt, and keep pups feeling comfortable and fresh.

At Tico & Oliver’s Dog Baths, the goal is always to provide a calm, positive bathing experience so dogs leave looking and feeling their best.

If your pup is due for a fresh bath, a few appointments are available in the coming days.

Maintaining a routine grooming schedule contributes significantly to overall coat condition and comfort.

🐾 Sweet Papaya had her spa day this week 🤍

For this session, I used a professional grooming tub setup to properly bathe and dry her coat — especially important for double-coated breeds like Goldens. Thorough drying and brushing help reduce shedding, prevent undercoat buildup, and keep skin healthy and comfortable.

She did amazing and handled everything like a pro 🐶✨

🐾 Happy Monday from Tico & Oliver’s Dog Baths 🤍

There’s something so sweet about a freshly bathed pup — soft fur, clean paws, that warm towel wrap, and of course the little burst of zoomies afterward 🐶✨

But baths are more than just a spa moment. Regular bathing plays an important role in your dog’s overall comfort and coat health. It helps remove dirt, allergens, and buildup from our Florida environment, supports healthy skin, reduces shedding, and prevents matting — especially for curly and high-maintenance coats 🌿

Staying consistent with baths can also help catch small skin issues early before they turn into bigger problems. A clean coat isn’t just about appearance — it’s about keeping your pup feeling their very best.
