Equine Lower Limb Pathologies and Therapy Discussion A space to discuss identification and best therapeutic solutions to equine lower limb pathologies

04/04/2025

I (Jack Snow), have just moved to TX and been getting settled so I’ve had too much time to think.
One thing I never got a handle on was clogs vs heartbars in acute laminitis.
I’ve always been pressure first and clog later.
Now I’m thinking do both.
Opinions?

And i mean a rotation not a sinker.

Ok guys and gals, bear with me as I’m way too old to be trying to make pages and whatnot.
But I’d like to have a space for farriers and vets to discuss current cases/rads/degrees of lameness and progression with their colleagues.

Let’s please abide by the normal rules of blacking out client names on rads, not bashing, etc etc.

Hoping to forge a small space a little more helpful than the normal FB thing.

Please invite any good vets or farriers you like to work with.
