Rock Creek Horsehair Rock Creek Horsehair offers unique handmade horsehair jewelry, belts, hatbands, gun slings, and horse gear using both braiding and hitching techniques.

We also do custom pieces, offering a great way for you to memorialize your special horse. A Wyoming native, Melinda married rancher Shanon Sims and now resides on their ranch in Southeast Wyoming. Shanon taught himself how to hitch and braid at a young age and then shared his braiding knowledge with Melinda during the slow winter months. Each piece is handmade in their home when it's too cold and windy to be outside.
