Thank you Shell Road for the last 25 years of love. You helped us walk Emily and Arthur to school and into adulthood. This long beautiful street is filled with the kindest caring neighbors. We’ve grown a family and a garden. The backyard has held more than a few Easters, proms, Halloweens, water balloon launches, soccer and lacrosse parties. Kids came over to visit chickens and jump on the trampoline. We couldn’t have asked for more.
In a few days our home will belong to a new family who are luckier than the currently know! Here’s to their 25 years! - Love the Berlingers.

✨Look up tonight to witness *peak illumination* of July’s Full Moon, known as the Buck Moon, a name rooted in some indigenous languages to mark the season when young male deer begin growing new antlers. Just as the buck sheds what no longer serves and grows anew, some see the Buck Moon as a reminder of our own constant state of growth and renewal and an occasion to release old patterns, beliefs, and limitations that keep us small. This year’s Buck Moon sits low on the horizon and a few shots of last years Buck moon.
