We love how much your furry friends love you! Because of that, we kindly ask that you wait for our call before coming to pick up your dog.

When you arrive before your appointment is fully finished, your pup gets so excited and happy to see you that they can no longer sit still. This makes it very difficult—and sometimes unsafe—for us to complete their groom.

Grooming takes a lot of time, patience, and precision. Please be patient, and we promise to call you the very moment your pup is looking perfect and ready to go home!
