It is heartbreaking to photograph an end of life session, but particularly hard to do so when it is a beloved member of your family. Sending so much love to Kaimen on the loss of her wonderful Bindi...who had a personality bigger than the universe and our lives are dimmer with her absence.

(and yes, photos posted with encouragement). Special thanks to Maggie Fan for her assistance in this shoot 🥹 so many full circle events from that week ❤️😭

We got to snap some photos at the Buckeye Bulldog Club ISC trial at Agility Challenge Acres, August 2025! Make sure to click the whole album to see all the photos not just this post as FB limits how many photos can be posted to a wall.

Please do not download, screen shot, or save any images but you are welcome to share the photos directly from this post! Feel free to contact me if anyone is interested in the higher resolution files. All proceeds will go to Kaimen Miller’s Bindi’s rising diagnostic/vet bills. I am sorry we did not get to photograph everyone! I took shots when we had free time.

There is nothing I love more about photography than capturing special moments that will last a lifetime. Spyro is Kaimen's total heart and with the recent scare of his older sister's health, I couldn't resist making her take some photos with him, despite how much she hates being in front of the camera.

I also stepped out of my comfort zone to play with a cheap wide angle lens. And now I want to buy one with good glass to experiment with! Eventually....

Also, if you need to have ligament reconstruction in your knee, there are worst places than Colorado to do it 😅

I am blessed to meet so many new puppies of all breeds and purposes. This little borderpap, however, is something special. Mark my works, she is going to be an adventure of a lifetime! Meet Momentum. She is lovingly owned by Melissa Tiedemann.

This week, we are going to finish up posting our favorite Portugal photos with Please! Sorry, not sorry for flooding your feed!

Portugal was filled with spectacular ruins. Most were not dog accessible but there were some incredible offshoots around the area where dogs could venture.

"The storm you fear can reveal the dreams you dare".

I almost didn’t go back for this photo. We had been at the beach most of the day in Portugal for Please to run around but the sun was almost blinding so I didn’t shoot much. We started to head back to the car when the storm began to roll through and right before we reached the parking lot, rays of sun pushed through the clouds. Kaimen encouraged me to turn around for a photo when I remarked on the dynamic lighting ❤️
