Instructions π¨βπ³
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add steak cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
Thread beef onto skewers, leaving a little space between cubes for even cooking.
Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (450Β°F / 230Β°C). Grill skewers 2β4 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium, depending on cube size. Rest meat 5 minutes before serving.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 35β40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden.
Stir mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and black pepper to make the creamy sauce.
Arrange lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings inside serving containers.
Add fries and steak skewers. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the skewers and sprinkle parsley on top.
Helpful Notes π‘
Sirloin gives a tender steak skewer similar to the image.
For extra smoky flavor, grill over charcoal.
