Today’s air quality is at a level that’s unsafe for the general population (not just those with sensitive respiratory conditions). That includes pets and farm animals! Today is a light duty day here at Martinsburg Pets. Limited outside time, no long walks or hard play.

RMWV Giving Back ...

‼️ Free Dog Food Giveaway ‼️

We are holding another dog food give away tomorrow, Thursday, May 4, 2023. From 5:30pm til 6:30pm (unless we run out sooner).

This is for the community ❤. If you need some dry dog food, stop by and pick up two bags.
** We do ask that you only come to get food, if you really need it. We have not been getting as much donated as we used to get in and have a limited amount.

➡️ This is dry dog food only, we do NOT have cat food to pass out.
➡️ We can not guarantee brands. (But it is a mix of Grain free and regular.)
➡️ Limit of 2 bags of food per car. Not per person or dog. Please be respectful of that, we are trying to help as many different homes as possible.

*** Pull in and line up in the parking lot directly across (Big Lots parking lot) from us. We will have someone directing you across the street to our parking lot. We can only have so many cars in our small lot at one time, so we have to take turns having you pull in. (See pic below.)

Note: Roo loves and adores people. She is a very sweet girl. But she is dog selective and also resource guards food and treats with other animals, so she needs to be in a home as an only pet.

I have a thing about doves; I hear mourning doves everywhere I go. I have for years and years. These two showed up on the deck outside while one of my fur clients had his “breakies.” I love these little moments. ❤️
