It’s that time of year! Do NOT use water right away as skunk spray is oily and water will make the smell soak into your dog’s skin. You have to remove the oily film first, so mix up the recipe below (peroxide, baking soda & Dawn dish soap), apply to your doggie, let sit for about 15 minutes, then bathe. If really bad, rinse the mixture off with vinegar, then bathe. Here’s hoping you won’t have to use this at all!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
