Pets Under Police Security is the impound facility for Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Crystal, Maple Grove, New Hope, Plymouth, and Robbinsdale. P.U.P.S. is a rescue only impound facility - they do not allow public adoptions. All animals must be released to an approved rescue.
