HEAVY RANT.
I swear I know more horses than I do people. - I have seen SO many of the same ones go through the Sale circuit by like states around that ive known or trained for different barns through the years.

If you know the types of horses I work with, they usually come from previously abusive homes and have alot of baggage to work through.

If they called me in to train its USUALLY because someone has got themselves a highly aggressive horse for whatever reason and im one of the few trainers that will toe up and address dangerous issues in a humane and direct way. - Sometimes its behavior related - sometimes health related- usually its always pain related though!

My point is that YES you can get lucky at the horse sales but USUALLY youre going to end up paying a hefty price somewhere else but if youre looking to buy and truly know what youre buying - Go to someone thats reputable - someone that pulls these horses from the auction line and DOESN'T send them back....
Go to someone that saved their lives and held them until they can place them with the right home.

Ive put my soul into hundreds of horses over the years, They have been better friends to me than most people ive known. I recognize their eyes and I remember all of them.

Don't be the person that has to call me because you're 7 year old sold as solid broke, flipped over backwards on your 12 year old.. OR the 16 year old mare you got is cinchy & took a chunk out of your arm....or because you bought a horse so drugged up out of its mind that now that its home its explosive at every turn.

I LOVE working with these horses because I love to watch them learn to love & trust again. I make them into sure footed warriors by showing them that they are safe and respected. - Ive also paid the price and probably broken each bone in my body atleast once over the years lol.

My point is Don't chance if youre not willing to invest and be prepared to invest if youre willing to chance. - You brought someone into your family, They deserve to stay there.

Imagine taking your little kid and auctioning them off to flippers and neglectful homes sometimes multiple times a month. You wouldn't do that right?

Horses can understand up to what a 5 year old human does, so why is it okay to do that to them?
