We started the week strong with COFFEE!! Our veterinary team runs on caffeine, so what better way to start a Monday morning than by renting a local small business' coffee cart?! Emily reserved The Watering Hole for the team so they could load up on some yummy caffeinated beverages to get this day started.

Beans, beans, the magical fruit..... or, vegetable?
Today is National Eat Beans Day!
Some of us grew up being forced to eat beans as a vegetable, but beans are not strictly classified as "veggies" since legumes by definition are any seed or fruits that grow within pods or edible pods themselves, which grow on leguminous plants. That is a mouthful if you say it out loud. The exact date and reason for National Eat Beans Day being made a holiday is not known- but we are happy to celebrate these yummy little guys. What is your favorite kind of bean?
