This is Edgar. He was the runt of his litter and required extra TLC from his foster. Now he's thriving, fixed and ready for a home. Letting go is one of the hardest things about fostering. But it is the most rewarding when they find their soulmate and you know you've helped save another life. Help his foster sleep easy by sharing this post!
