Let your spiritual practice be your high vibe first aid kit and what you’ll find is if you do get down, your recovery to your natural state of goodness will unfold easier."

It’s spiritual practice, not spiritual perfect 💕 Just last weekend during my coaching call with my angel crew we discussed being spiritual and the guilt that often comes over us whenever we are feeling down or not the most positive person in the room. It’s interesting, it’s like we are expected to be this glowing happy person in every moment and even in the challenging times - but that is far from the truth. Being spiritual is about embracing our feelings and letting them be exactly what they are. If we were to hide them or ignore them we would simply repress ourselves and our growth. When you get down, it’s ok to feel that way. Let your spiritual practice be your high vibe first aid kit and what you’ll find is if you do get down, your recovery to your natural state of goodness will unfold easier. When I get frustrated or annoyed I just let it all out and then begin to focus on how I want to feel once I feel how I need to. A prayer that helps me often is this: “Thank you, angels of light for placing your hands upon this situation and for leading it to a peaceful resolution.” 🙏🏼🥰
