The irrigation water will be on later this month (hopefully). There is a break in the line (not on the HOA side) Galler Ditch is repairing.

Hello everyone,
As fall approaches we all have clean up in our yards. I just want everyone to remember there are no exterior fires allowed in the HOA per HOA Covenants, Conditions and Restriction of Red Cliff Estates (5.20). The SORC is open for compostable refuse and it's free. Let's be considerate of each other.

Please have your irrigation lines blown and the valves shut off to main line. The HOA will have the main line blown out next week.

There will be an HOA meeting at the Malaga Fire Station. Wednesday March 4th at 7:00 pm. We will be discussing some ongoing issues. If you are a home owner please try to make the meeting.

There's a black and tan German shepherd without a collar roaming the neighborhood lately.

We have been getting messages from concerned neighbors about this dog.

If it is your dog please be thoughtful of others. Having an unleash dog roaming can scare kids and other pets.
