Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our growing telemedicine team. This role is essential to ensuring an outstanding client experience by providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to veterinary clinics using our imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist clinics with case submissions, platform navigation, and troubleshooting
Monitor and manage case workflow to ensure timely turnaround and follow-ups
Coordinate with radiologists and internal teams to resolve client concerns or delays
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Support onboarding and training for new clinics
Communicate policy updates, new services, or platform changes to clients
Identify and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate team members
Participate in team meetings and continuous training sessions
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a client service, veterinary, or telemedicine setting (veterinary industry experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, remote environment
Proficiency with digital platforms and a willingness to learn new systems
Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace if remote
Preferred:
Experience working with veterinary practice management software or telemedicine platforms
Background in veterinary medicine, customer support, or imaging services
