❄️ Freeze Fosters Needed ❄️

Freezing temperatures are headed our way, and we’re asking our community to help us keep dogs safe and warm.

Opening your home as a Freeze Foster makes an immediate impact. It gives a dog a quiet, cozy place to ride out the cold while our staff remain onsite around the clock to continue caring for the animals at the shelter until roads are safe to travel again.

Why freeze fostering matters:
• Dogs stay warmer, calmer, and far less stressed in a home environment
• Fewer dogs in the building allows staff to focus on safety and essential care during severe weather
• A warm couch is always better than a concrete kennel during freezing temperatures

This is also a great short-term opportunity if you’ve ever thought about fostering but weren’t sure where to start. It’s temporary, supplies are provided (while they last), and our team is here to support you every step of the way. If it’s going well, you’re always welcome to keep your foster longer.
