At Madison Puppy Meet Ups, guardians actively support their puppies’ learning—building skills in reading body language and fostering positive play.

Certified trainers are there to coach, answer questions, and ensure a safe experience for all.

Join SMART Puppy Co. and Paws Together for our next Madison Puppy Meet Up at Dane County Humane Society on Saturday, June 13.

If you’ve never joined before, meet ups are all about guardian learning, too—you’ll get to learn what healthy play looks like, how to read dog body language, and how to set your pup up for success in group play. We have two separate groups running so every pup gets a great match:

Date: Saturday, June 13.
Group 1: 11:00am, 25 lbs and under
Group 2: 12:00pm, 25 lbs and over

Early bird registration is just ✨ $25 ✨ through June 6th, and then the price goes up to $30.

Remember—Madison Puppy Meet Ups has two groups: under 25 lbs for the young and little puppies and over 25 lbs for the big and older puppers. Puppies are welcome to play up to 1 year of age if behaviorally a fit!

✨ Sniff & Share Puppy Meet Up 12/21✨

This one’s a little extra fun. Each puppy brings one toy, then gets to sniff, explore, and “choose” a new toy to take home. Toys do not need to be wrapped, and gently loved toys are welcome (as long as the are in like-new condition)

➡️ If bringing a toy feels outside your budget but you’d still like to join, send us a message (were happy to support your participation in the exchange)

As you’ve come to know and love, Puppy Meet Ups are guided play and social sessions where puppies practice safe interactions and humans learn how to read body language in real time. Play is guided and co-led by certified trainers from SMART Puppy Co. and Paws Together.
