Working on some of Moms Kitty Kickers 😥. These moments are bittersweet. I can see her in my minds eye at her sewing station, I can hear the hum of her machine, and that familiar sense of comfort in just having her company😊.
She was on a mission to make as many kickers as she could while I was with Jeff in the hospital this summer. I know her goal was to stock up so that I didn’t worry about having to catch up when Jeff came home and feeling better. I hate that she’s not here…I love how she was always so thoughtful…always giving as much of herself as she had to give. Her love was complete and encompassing. Magical and healing. If there is anything good in me, it is because she put it there.
