Thinking of adding a chicken door to the front of the run. Afterthought I know since construction is 99% complete.
I want to do it to the left of the door so I can run a solar electric fence around the side of the run and coop and still have easy access for me through the door.
Thoughts on how best to add this?

Updated to add additional photos and to note I had this built for me. 😁We aren’t this handy and I wanted something I knew would last a long time. It is 8x16 total. Coop portion is 4x8. $1000

I don't know if this is allowed but we have many people wanting these.
We have the right coop for you. Our standard size is 6ftx2ft x2ft x by 16 inches off ground.. The top lifts up for easy access. It also have a safety latch so it wont fall on your head. $500.

Here is the 4’x14’ Chicken Coop Mansion. This coop is perfect for any back yard.

The house section is 4’x6’ and the Run is 4’x8’

There are four 3’ roosting bars inside and 5 easy access nesting boxes.

The wire is 1/2”x1/2” hardwire cloth and the roof is a 29 gauge Galvalume
