We want to take a moment to remind our valued clients that our shop will be closed from September 4th to September 7th. During this time, our team will be attending a grooming expo to enhance our skills and education. We’re excited to bring back new insights and techniques to better serve you and your pets! Friendly Reminder to Our Valued Clients

We truly appreciate your continued support and trust in our services. To help us serve you and your pets better, we kindly ask that you take note of the following important policies:
• New Client Intake Forms: All new clients are required to complete an intake form within 48 hours of booking an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being canceled.
• Late Arrivals: A $15 late fee will be applied to any service if arrival is 5 minutes or more past the scheduled time.
• No-Shows & Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled grooming service.
°For our existing clients, please make sure we have updated your intake forms for our system as well.

These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients and to respect the time and efforts of our grooming team.
