What a couple of days off. It’s vaccine weekend.

Yesterday Hope, Duke and Cruz went to the vet. Cruz and Duke got their rabies and Hope got her rabies and combo (she gets spayed in 2 weeks and I needed proof from the vet that she’s had them)

We normally give our combos ourself. So today Duke, Cruz, Mack, Ruby, Diesel, Glacier, Kiara, Nyx and Callie all got their combo.

Next year everyone will be due for combos as well as their 3 year rabies. 😬

It’s been a really nice day. Did some farm work then relaxed with the kiddos and mom

Our day started with a favor to a friend.

Then mom and I
Wormed 3 horses
Microchipped 13 goats, 1 horse, 3 puppies and 2 cats.

Then we played in the pool for a while, bathed 2 puppies and now we’re all watching Chitty Vhitty Bang Bang.

Hope is crashed out between my legs under the blanket.

Now that the adventures have ended!

Today we went to the Safe Haven Wildlife Sanctuary. So much fun and cannot wait to go back in cooler temperatures to see the animals being more active!

Then off to Reno for our dinner reservations at Famous Dave’s Bar-be-que.

What a day yesterday was.

My bestie came down to visit me for almost a week. I stalked her on life 360 all day. She had some vehicle issues and Cody went to follow her and make sure she made it. She did, fulfilled week ahead.

Then my dad was talking to a friend and mentioned puppies that they’d taken in (They are a rescue) Not just puppies! But 1 was completely blind and the other was blind in 1 eye and they’d be swinging by. I was so excited! Becky handed me the little girl and I immediately fell in love. My dad has become partners with the little boy.

Yesterday we welcomed 8 weeks old old, fully blind, little girl into our lives. She’s been named Hope.

My dad has yet to name his little boy, but they’re a perfect match. My dad and his new puppy are both blind in their left eye!

Thank you John & Becky for these sweethearts.

Today marks the day for end of kidding season. Sterling brought it to an end with twins.

We bred 2 goats and bought 2 does bred.

Our outcome was

Alyse - twin does -2/22/25
Daizy - twin bucks - 3/5/25
Rose - single doe -5/10/25
Sterling - twin does - 5/12/25 (one has blue eyes, both should be polled)
