We would love to welcome miss Iggy, she arrived with us last night. Today we meal prepped with her and now she is having a relaxing soak for her hydration and comfort.

Weather is gotten hotter, here is your friendly reminder... If you take your reptiles outside for exercise, please check the ground. If the ground is hot on your feet it will be hot for them. Every summer we get surrenders of reptiles who have burns on them from being out on hot grounds and it breaks our hearts. Please think of your reptiles as your child, you wouldn't put your child barefoot on the hot ground. Thank you! I hope everyone has an amazing Summer!

We hope everyone is having an amazing weekend. We currently have had no surrenders which is not always a bad thing. I hope all the reptile owners are enjoying their babies!

So some may not know but aside from the rescue, I also have my own reptile babies. When any comes to look at any reptiles up for adoption, they are able to fully interact with mine as well. It also allows people to be able to experience a reptile they may be interested in even if I don't have one available. We take the time to teach and answer questions while giving the ability to physically interact at the same time. Our goal is to make sure the reptiles get a home they will be loved and taken care of in and to make sure the new owner is educated before receiving their new reptile baby.

This is simba! He was the first slither I ever bought as a baby. And he has such and amazing personality!

Got Boy a huge water dish and he instantly got in it and is just staring at the projector on the wall. I have had him for a year and he loves laying in my bed watching the TV.

It an amazing Tuesday here at H&M rescue. So many beautiful babies getting ready for their forever homes. This is why we do what we do. Finding every reptile a living home warms our hearts!
