World 🌎 …. Meet Polka Dot.

On February 18th at 6am, Mama had a healthy little girl puppy weighing in at 4.9 ounces. She is celebrating her ☝️ week old birthday today and is a little over 10 ounces now! We wanted to make sure everyone was happy and healthy before updating!

Special thank you to our mama and puppy foster, Pam (seen in their first foster family photo) for loving on these two girls so much. Not only are we so very lucky to have you, the dogs are lucky to have your kind and selfless heart loving and caring for them.

Mama and Dot are not available for adoption at this time. We plan to keep mama and little Dot together for the full eight weeks, which will be best for Dot!

Happy Tails, Bruno! Bruno has found his forever home in Boston with new mom, Bruna. Yes, Bruno and Bruna…it’s like it was already written in the stars! Bruna’s friend sent her our spotlight video about Bruno on social media, and she fell instantly in love. Meeting him in person only sealed the deal for her, when he confidently pranced into the meet and greet room, sporting his finest sweater and charming smile. It was the perfect start to what will hopefully be a long and happy story for this duo.

New face Tuesday is more than just cute animal photos because rescue is more than just saving animals. It's about supporting humans, too ❤

Through social service programs like respite foster care, pet food shelves, and low-cost vetting more families are able to stay together. When people are able to keep their pets during hard times, it prevents unnecessary surrenders and keeps space open in shelters for animals who truly have nowhere else to go.

Puppies just had their first outing in public. We wandered through Tractor Supply and stopped to look at and listen to the baby chicks, take in all of the feed store smells. They did well with it. They are still too young to touch anything, so this was all in their backpack.
