PupScouts Dog Training Dog Trainer sharing daily adventures with pawsome pups! My name is Nicole and I am a Professional Dog Trainer.

My goal is to teach families the language of dogs and aid them in creating a strong bond to understand one another. I firmly believe that a dog is family and family is furrever. My services include Basic Obedience training, Socialization training, and Scent Detection.

We’re doing some downstay strengthening training exercises now that Hermes has done well with duration and distance! We’re really building and improving his confidence in his down, no matter what we’re doing. Great job Hermes!!!

Good morning friends! If your dog hasn’t had their breakfast yet this morning, consider using some of it for a quick AM session and possibly work on something new with your puppy. Have fun with it!

Melrose is a foster pup who’s with a loving foster family until she finds a home, and until then, we’re working with her and the fam on building some of her confidence, and one of the things she’s unsure about is the crate!

You should be fine using “good” and “who’s a good pup” as long as you’re clear and consistent, and ensure that you’ve taught the dog what “good” means! It only gets tricky if the words sound the same, are the exact same, or are inconsistent.

Lenny is an official PupScout now that he’s graduated from our basic obedience program! The most important part of our time together was the relationship building and the confidence building that Adam and Becky, and their sweet children have been developing with their newest family member. I’m honestly so proud to see Lenny open up and can’t wait to see more of this family’s progression!! Congrats and welcome to the Pack, PupScout Lenny!

I want to keep my dog’s confidence and trust intact, so even though she’s gone swimming many times in her life, she needed me to be patient with her as we worked through the jitters, and warming up to this pool. Small steps lead to big confidence 💗
