Seeking help ‼️ I don’t want to think about what this baby has gone through and he still has such a long road to recovery ahead. “Chapo” has already seen our vet today for a work up and will need to go in again when he’s a bit stronger for vaccines, microchip and eventually neuter. We’ve spent hundreds on this boys care today and we are committed to continue providing medical care for another reputable, boarding free rescue. We’re not very experienced in his breed and we recognize that a Malinois or shepherd specific rescue may be in his best interest. The finders have named him Chapo and although he’s timid and afraid, he’s been small and large dog friendly and is incredibly docile and sweet. Please tag other reputable rescues interested in partnering with us to help this sweet angel recover and find a loving home. We’ve made an Amazon Wishlist located via the link in our bio for all the supplies this angel needs to thrive. We’d also really appreciate your support to continue funding his much needed veterinary care by donating on our website located via the link in our bio. You can also donate via PayPal or Zelle with our email [email protected] or via Venmo with our username LetsRescueDogs (please beware of scammers with similar usernames!)

I don’t love that we had to spend over $800 the night we rescued Shaggy, simply because they neutered him days prior and never coned him. 🤦‍♀️ He sat in his kennel licking himself for days causing him to have a testicular hematoma which is SUPER painful. We had a general checkup appointment scheduled for the following day, but when I discovered how bad his private area looked I took him to the ER immediately. Could we have waited until morning for a cheaper outcome? Maybe- but why on earth would we make him wait for relief? Caring more about our bank account than a dogs wellbeing who we’re responsible for isn’t who we are- but it does come with real consequences. We could have rescued another baby with those funds but we need some help making this back a the next pup can get good care too. If you can, please consider donating via our website linked in our bio. You can also donate via PayPal and Venmo with our email [email protected] You can also donate via Venmo with our username LetsRescueDogs (please beware of scammers with similar usernames!)

Chloe girl arrived yesterday and she’s the cutest little potato we’ve ever seen. She’s a smaller frenchy and to our pleasant surprise totally pad trained! She’s going to make the perfect family dog- she’s pure joy 🤎 Chloe really wants to be around her people so her ideal foster will be home often. She’s actually very calm and is totally content sleeping on a bed while you work. She takes anti-seizure medication in the AM and PM and has been 100% seizure free. She really needs a SoCal foster who can come through for her and love her while we find her perfect forever family! Can anyone in SoCal foster? Please head to the link in our bio and fill out an application if you can help! 📍Located in Long Beach, CA

This sweet girl is coming into our rescue today and we would love to find her a loving foster home where she can feel safe while we find her a family. She recently had a severe medical event where she was having nonstop seizures, leading to her to being surrendered. She almost didn’t make it but MAISON SÛRE FOUNDATION made sure she did. 🤎 Now she’s on seizure medication 2x a day and has been seizure free and doing amazing. Even after everything she’s been through, she’s a total sweetheart and is dog friendly too. She needs to be seizure free for 2 months before she gets spayed so her ideal foster home would be willing to care for her until she’s spayed and adopted with zero unfixed male dogs. If anyone in Southern California can help this sweet girl we know she would be so grateful. Please submit a foster application linked in our bio 🤎

So many good dogs are going to be killed at Devore soon. Lives depend on someone saying yes to opening up their home. Fostering is 100% free. We provide supplies, veterinary care and guidance. If you can’t foster can anyone bring at least 2 dogs from Devore to Long Beach before 4:30pm today??? There is no time to spare. Euthanasia is going to start immediately and so many lives are about to be lost. Not every dog is going to be saved. That’s the devastating truth. All we can do as a community is rescue who we can 💔 We can’t do it without YOU. Please don’t assume someone else will step up. That someone else is you. Apply to foster through the link in our bio!

Very stressful news for us while we’re struggling to come up with our basic operating expenses but Mable needs us 😥 After surviving SEAACA, cancer and mammary mass removal this girl can’t catch a break. We’ve spent thousands already helping Mable get better and we hoped that would be the end of her medical journey. We don’t always get a lot of help when it comes to our larger babies so we could use all the help and shares we could get. Please please consider donating to Mable’s TPLO surgery by visiting our website linked in our bio. You can also donate via Zelle & PayPal on our website or with our email lets.rescue.dogs [email protected] or you can donate via Venmo with username LetsRescueDogs (please beware of scammers with similar usernames) 🤎

What about Buddy makes him so easy to bypass? He’s too cuddly, too happy and too gentle to be considered? (kidding!) but seriously what is going on? Buddy is the definition of a family dog. He’s a teeny spry 8 year old who loves kids, dogs and all people. He’s very healthy and even received a full dental- he has so many years of life and joy ahead of him and no family to spend it with. Please help us share Buddy, we’re so sad that he’s had to wait as long as he has. We want to see him find a loving family ASAP! If you can, please share Buddys post to put him in front of the eyes of his future family! To adopt Buddy, please fill out an adoption application linked in our bio! 📍Located in Foster Care in Riverside County
