Get your walks in early tonight!...If you're in Longmont, they are spraying for mosquitos. More info in the link below.

West Nile has been detected in Longmont and the City will begin spraying for mosquitoes beginning this Thursday, July 17 and continuing through Thursday evening or early Friday morning, weather permitting. Find more information, including a list of areas to be sprayed this week on the City's Mosquito Control page at https://longmontcolorado.gov/parks-and-natural-resources/wildlife/mosquito-control/.

Spraying is triggered when traps exceed 150 mosquitoes AND when West Nile Virus positive mosquitoes are discovered in Larimer, Boulder or Weld Counties.

We will be closed on Friday, July 4th - time to refill food and medications so you don't run out. Now is also the time to let us know if your pet needs calming medication if they become stressed with the festivities. A doctor's exam may be required so plan ahead so everyone can enjoy the day!
