Paws in Prison, Lockhart, Texas A program to train and ready a dog to successfully live with a family. They are then adopted into homes with excited, and may I say, smart families. Anywhere.

This is a program located in a Texas State Prison where the inmates get the privilege of living with and training rescued dogs for a 12 week course. The dogs come from various places included shelters, rescues, street, individuals. The program has saved over 200 dogs since since 2007.
