Bannister’s Dog Treats started with our own dogs — Cammie, Onyx, Chili, Willie, and Bella. Like a lot of dog owners, we got tired of walking through pet stores and seeing treats filled with artificial ingredients, fillers, preservatives, and things we couldn’t even pronounce. We wanted better for our dogs, so we started learning more about natural chews and sourcing higher-quality products ourselves.
What started as a simple mission for our own pack quickly turned into a real passion. We began searching for natural, single-ingredient chews and treats dogs genuinely love — products that are simple, rewarding, and closer to what dogs are naturally meant to enjoy. From bully sticks and rabbit ears to duck heads, cow ears, and other natural chews, every product we carry is selected with quality, safety, and value in mind.
Our dogs are the heart behind everything we do. Cammie and Onyx, our German Shepherds, helped inspire the rugged personality behind the brand, while Chili, Willie, and Bella remind us that every dog — big or small — deserves treats they can enjoy safely and happily. We test products with our own dogs first and only carry products we’d feel confident giving to them ourselves.
We’re proud to be a family-run small business built around loyalty, hard work, honesty, and the bond people share with their dogs. We may not be a giant corporate pet company, and honestly, we don’t want to be. We believe in keeping things real, treating customers like family, and offering products we genuinely stand behind.
