To all my loyal clients,

Sometimes life can sucker punch you in the stomach but this was a really hard blow. I was notified last week that the property where Uptown Pups resides was bought out by AutoNation. They gave me an estoppel letter stating that Uptown Pups has to be out in 90 days. They will be demolishing the building to expand their dealership. I looked into relocating the business and going through the figures and crunching numbers to see what I can do. Unfortunately, with this past year and all the Covid-19 related issues I don't have the financial means to relocate and remodel another grooming salon. June 30th, 2021 will be the last day of operation at Uptown Pups.

We are more than happy to keep grooming your beloved pet(s) until June 30th. We just ask if you can book your appointment asap so we can make sure we can get you in before we are permanently closed. All appointments after June 30th, 2021 will be canceled.

We are sorry, we will not be taking on any new clients.

On April 19th, 2021 our doors will be open for you to come in with masks on to drop off and pick up your pup. We will still provide curbside drop off and pick up for clients who want that service. Pull up in front of our store by our sign. Please do not park in front of the Coin Shop. We are not allowing clients to sit and wait in the lobby for their dog to be groomed.

I, Christe, want to thank you for the wonderful 12.5 years you have given to me. I have enjoyed grooming and loving on your pups.

Our Story

Uptown Pups, LLC is located in the Broadway Square Shopping Center. Christie is the owner of Uptown Pups, LLC. She is National Certified Master Groomer. She also does all breed and mixed breed, nail painting, hair color and hand stripping. Hours: vary 8:00am or 9:00am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Dogs are groom one dog at a time. Most small dogs are about an hour, medium 1-1 1/2 hours, and large dogs 1 1/2- 2+ hours. When you get your dog groomed at Uptown Pups he or she will get the works. Shampoo, conditioner, ear plucking/cleaning, a**l glands, nail trimming/filling, and haircut. Don't need a haircut? Bath and brush includes all of the above minus the haircut. Prices vary. $65 per hour and $75 for hand stripping and show grooming.
