I am an American expat who grew up in Israel and lived there many years. I fell in love with the medium poodle there. I rescued a black medium poodle who had been hit by a car as a teenager. After my husband and I had children we imported a Ukrainian red medium poodle. I was able to show her in the FCI before we came to the USA. When we came to the USA we took her with us. My parents had imported
an Apricot Russian medium poodle. We have been breeding for two years with Moyen Majestic Embrace Poodles. We also have run a Bible Bookshop in Jerusalem, Israel since 2009. We are located in Licking, Missouri and sometimes my husband and I take turns traveling to Israel to direct or bookshop there. Our goal is to preserve the red and apricot medium poodle. We hope to one day show our poodles in the FCI again. Medium poodles are recognized as small standards in the AKC and our poodles also hold AKC registration. But genetically medium import poodles are 100% small poodle and so are genetically more identified as oversized miniatures. We genetically test our poodles with embark and pawprints, and run the OFA tests. In 2024 We are hoping to add Apple's son, Zebulon, to our breeding program as a stud dog. He is clear with all but 1 cddy. ee, kbky, 8 out 10 red intensity, atat, DD, BB, no merle, 100% small poodle, and no intervariety. My parents also have a red 16 inch intervarity girl that is genetically clear including cddy that we could match with him in the future. Zebulon is a red medium poodle that is on the larger end. He is 18 inches and around 30 pounds. In 2025, we are hoping to add his darker red sister Haleluya Grace Majestic Embrace to the breed program to take the place of Apple Angel. She is 16 inches and 21 pounds. She is clear with all but 1 cddy. ee, KBKB, 9 out 10 red intensity, awat, DD, BB, no merle, 100% small poodle and no intervariety. We found a match for her in another program that has a red male that is a miniature poodle oversized with foreign import in his pedigree of medium poodle, he is 16 inches. Our hope is that they will have a pairing in 2025. I hope to have two lines. One with inter variety that are completely genetically clear and one with strictly medium/ oversized miniature poodles so that we can show them in the nations some day. These are some of our hopes and plans for the coming years. We will be breeding one to two litters a year so we are a very small kennel and our dogs either live with us or my parents who own Natural Blond the sire of our founding puppies. We are one of the only kennels in the USA that specializes in medium imports. We hope we can continue for several generations to better the breed and size. We offer delivery by vehicle for an extra fee to certain states. Let us know where you live and if you qualify. We also can meet at a half way point if the distance is too great. We can also arrange shipments through cargo if it is not too hot. We also offer transport to the Saint Louis airport where you can come and pick up yourself. If you rather use a flight nanny we can help find one but it will be expensive I think. It is cheaper for you to come pick up or us to deliver by vehicle.
